Your first clinic appointment (3 steps):
Step 1: complete online assessment:
- Click the online assessment.
- Complete the registration form with your personal details: Full name, date of birth, email address & phone number
- Pay the online assessment fee.
- You will receive 3 medical questionnaires in your email inbox.
- Complete and submit each of the questionnaires.
Step 2: book your clinic appointment:
- Select Weybridge, Surrey or London Harley Street clinic.
- Select the day, date & time.
- Pay relevant clinic fee.
- Dr Ibrahim will review your completed & submitted medical questionnaires & start preparing for your clinic consultation.
Step 3: attend your first clinic appointment:
- Coming to your initial consultation, please bring your current supplements and medications, together along with any recent or significant test results.
- Please be aware that your consultation will last 90 minutes.
- At your consultation, we will review your medical history, perform a full physical examination to view the holistic picture and devise a provisional treatment plan.
- Dr Ibrahim will request general, genetics and specialised tests to find imbalances within your body systems & the best way to correct your system biology.
- The booking system will allow you to just booking an initial visit or have a clinic support.
- Please be aware the clinic appointment last 90 minute.
Follow up clinic appointment:
- Select Weybridge, Surrey or London Harley Street clinic.
- Select the day, date & time.
- Complete MSQ Score.
- When coming for the appointment please bring all recent test results, appointment lasts 90 minutes.
